Refund Policy

Simply Silicone Products' return policy lasts 30 for days from your order's delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. These molds are perishable tools used to produce art such as paint brushes and are not designed to last forever.

To complete your return, we require a valid order number, customer email, and customer name.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  


I gladly accept cancellations, however...

Order cancellations are not permitted due to shipping times or price discrepancies, please read our shipping policy carefully. Once you receive the product, if dissatisfied, you must return your merchandise to our office unused. Please see Returns section above.

If an order cancellation is approved, there is a $5.00 restocking fee per item that will be deducted from your cancellation refund.

You must request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase for approval.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return is approved or rejected for a refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be immediately processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, and an email notification will be sent to you.

Please do not send any item back without contacting customer service first as they will be disregarded. 

Missing Products
If you receive your order and products are missing from the package you must retain your original package with the original label and send a clear and legible photo of this information to

Without this information missing items will not be replaced or refunded.

Incorrect Address
If you enter the wrong address information we have no way of knowing.

Should the order get delivered to the wrong address and it is due to the customer inputting the incorrect address information, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Please make sure you are entering a valid postal address when ordering. The address is not altered in anyway by Simply Silicone Products or my manufacturers and what you enter is where the order will be sent.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original method of payment's records online.

If using a credit card contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If using a debit card contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Simply Silicone Products only replaces items if they are defective.  All items are poured to order and inspected before shipping.

Returns Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring it arrives. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $10.00 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Simply Silicone Products does not take responsibility for the
mail carrier and does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
