I generally ship with USPS Priority Mail, I can add shipping insurance to your order, but you must contact me about the additional charges so I can add it to your purchase amount. If the item(s) have been shipped via USPS Priority Mail, this includes $50 of insurance coverage.
I will provide a USPS tracking number with every order to ensure both you and I can track the shipment at any time. As a further peace of mind, I do ensure my correct return address is on the package, just in case there is an issue with delivery.
Please keep in mind that once the package is out of my hands and with the carrier, I can no longer be held responsible for it. If a package is somehow lost with the carrier, then it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If it is determined that there was a problem with the way the item(s) were packaged, then I will make and send you a replacement for the item or offer you store credit. However, I cannot refund your money as these funds go straight into purchasing more materials to keep this venture afloat.
For International Shipping (Worldwide):
YOU MUST KNOW YOUR COUNTRY'S IMPORTATION LAWS!!! If your item is refused, confiscated or opened and damaged by your country's customs officials, I cannot refund your order. You must know your laws, because I do not them and cannot be held responsible for them.
All international packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Domestic Shipping Times
Please allow between 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. Each item is hand made to order and production time depends on order volume and amount of items purchased. Once an order is made and sent out, the actual delivery time is 3-5 business days. If more than 2 weeks have passed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly review the status of your order. We are not responsible for local postal service delays or issues.
All invoices are electronic and will be received with order conformation email.
An email with tracking information will be sent after the order confirmation email as soon as the tracking information is received from the manufacturer.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Any changes to address are only possible before the order is sent out. Any incorrect address is the buyers responsibility.
Orders weighing less than 70 pounds can be sent through the United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes in the U.S.
